Somethings wrong......help plz!!!!!!!!

1. I downloaded silab.

2. Extracted it with winrar.

3. Clicked on the silabv5new folder.

4. Hit run.

5. Then a black box appears , inside it says all this stuff and then it says press any key to continue.

6. I did that and then nothing happens and the black box goes away.

ALSO............

Since the download isnt working i just went to the silab website instead of downloading silab. It wont load and the box were you play is all gray and there is an red X at the top left of the playing screen.

Can anyone help me with these problems????
